EJPAM Introduces Continuous Publication

The European Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics (EJPAM) is pleased to announce an important enhancement to its publication model.

Starting with Volume 19, Issue 3 (July 2026), EJPAM will adopt a Continuous Publication Model, replacing its traditional quarterly publication schedule.

Under this model, articles that have successfully completed peer review, editorial assessment, and production will be published online individually as they become ready for publication, rather than being held for the compilation of a scheduled issue. This approach provides a more streamlined publication workflow and allows each article to become part of the scholarly record upon completion of the editorial and production process.

As part of this transition, EJPAM will move to a “One Volume, One Issue per Year” structure. The April 2026 issue remains Volume 19, Issue 2, while all articles published during the remainder of 2026 will appear continuously under Volume 19, Issue 3. Each article will carry its own official publication date and DOI, ensuring clear, permanent, and consistent bibliographic identification.

This transition reflects EJPAM’s continued commitment to high-quality scholarly communication and a modern, efficient publishing framework, while fully preserving the journal’s established principles of rigorous peer review, editorial independence, academic integrity, and publication excellence.

The Continuous Publication Model offers a more flexible, transparent, and reader-oriented experience for both authors and readers. Authors can have their completed research formally incorporated into the scholarly record without waiting for issue compilation, with each article clearly identified by its own publication date and DOI. Readers can discover and access newly published research as individual articles become available, supporting more continuous engagement with the journal’s scholarly content. By making completed research available as part of the ongoing scholarly record throughout the year, the model may also support earlier discoverability, broader dissemination, and greater opportunities for academic use and citation, while preserving the stability, consistency, and integrity of EJPAM’s volume and issue structure.
