Ou and Li [Journal of Applied Mathematics and Computing 56.1-2 (2018): 195-216] introduced an adaptive line search that reduces the computational cost of the line search method for solving nonlinear systems. Based on this line search, we propose an accelerated Dai-Liao-type derivative-free projection method for solving large-scale systems of nonlinear equations with
convex constraints. Under some mild assumptions, we establish the global convergence of the proposed method. Numerical experiments show that the method is fast, and competitive with other related methods.
