Prabhakar Fractional Integral with Multivariate Mittag-Leffler Function and Hardy-type Inequalities

In this research, we extract a multi-parametric Mittag-Leffler function and provide a new definition of the extended Prabhakar fractional integral operator. This new integral covers some previous operators introduced in other papers. We establish some basic properties of the introduced operator and the multi-parametric Mittag-Leffler function. To mention applications of the newly-introduced generalized operator, we study Prabhakar-based Hardy-type integral inequalities.
