On N(K)-Mixed Qasi Einstein Manifolds

In this paper N(k)-Mixed Quasi Einstein Manifolds( $ N(k)-(MQE)_N)n )are introduced and the existence of these manifolds is proved. We give hyper surfaces of Euclidean spaces as examples of $ N(k)-(MQE)_n $ and semi- symmetric, ricci symmetric and ricci recurrent N(k)-(MQE)_n  manifolds are studied.
