Making use of the principle of subordination, we define a certain subclass of p-valently Bazilevič and non-Bazilevič functionsassociated with the Lemniscate of Bernoulli. Also, subordination results, inclusion relationship, convolution properties, coefficients estimate and Fekete--Szegö inequalities for this subclass are derived.
